I have a lot of respect for this guys... A cow with a calf or a bull with a cow are a lot more dangerous than a bear.

Really exceptional shots of wild life. If I'd post my home wild life photos' all you'd see are homeless people. Oh and a few scragaly tailed California brown squirrels. Tails not even worth tying with. Ummmmm

Ran into these two while trying to come back from fishing last night. Had to patiently give them time to move so that we could get in the boat and leave. Mom was eating the weeds, and did not want leave at all. We talked to her for a while, and finally she slowly sauntered away.

OK, beats my photo of a cute little bunny in a field. Your story of being chased down by that moose is one of the best I've read. Something to be laughed about now, but terrifying at the time. I can't believe the client never returned! I'd been back again in a breath... or at least once I had caught mine.

fflutterffly, your comment made me laugh pretty good! The story was so much fun to write (i did start to have cotton mouth again tho), and reading it again, yes i can laugh about it now.

Now in all seriousness, could you imagine getting charged by this bad boy? Thank god the one who charged me was not this big, or i am pretty sure i would have had a heart attack!

Our guide Nelson (or Wilson as TH calls him) got this shot when Saltwatergirl's hubby was fishing one day last month...
