What a beautiful bird. When I saw the title Loons I thought it was some derogatory term for a raving nutter or a BC equivalent for a redneck as we call them Hoons here

Amazing photos Vicki!
We have nesting Loons on our lake, but i have yet to get photos of them on the nests. Loon calls are one of the most surreal sounds to me.
